The Enrolment Process

How to Apply

Applications are completed online via our website under the Enrol tab.

Once submitted, please send in all relevant supporting documents.

Open Day

Held in February each year and open to all grades.
Families who have enrolled will receive a personal invitation.

Principal Tours

Conducted each term throughout the year.
Bookings can be made directly through our website.

Term 1

Open Day

Held in February each year and open to all grades.
Prep interviews take place the year prior to starting.
Prep enrolment applications are contacted to arrange an interview.

Interview Schedule

Week 7:

Sibling enrolments
7-day Letter of Offer issued

Week 8:

Local Parish Catholic families and Catholic other Parish

Week 9:

All other applications

Important Note
End of Week 9 a letter of offer will go out to families.If the Letter of Offer is not returned within 7 days, the enrolment place will be offered to the waitlist.

Move-Up Day

Year 1–6 School Transition Afternoon
Last Tuesday of the school year, 2:00–2:40 pm
Students meet their new year-level teachers.
Following the Transition Afternoon, an email will be sent to parents confirming their child's class and Teacher.

Meet & Greet Morning Tea
