Nature Garden Inspires

Life skills, environmental awareness, inspiring creativity and a positive mindset are at the forefront of our nature garden. Our garden has been thriving for a number of years now after the P & F raised funds to create the garden.

Dr Michael Stewart says that the garden impacts on the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our students and that our nature garden is an excellent way for children to develop skills and environmental awareness. "Providing a positive environment makes learning more enjoyable, improves overall performance and students are happier. Nature inspires creativity in a child by encouraging the full use of their senses, and at lunch time the children use their creativity to be explorers, builders, architects and nature detectives. Our goal is to create a space where our young people can come to have fun, connect with nature and their friends."
